CHECK-IN INFORMATION
Passengers MUST be at the airport 3 hours before scheduled time of departure to check-in and have with them all necessary travel documents.
Check-in will close strictly 1 hour before departure. Any passengers arriving after this time will be refused to check-in and no refund will be given.
All passengers tickets must show the correct name as shown in their passport. Passengers m
ust ensure they have a valid Passport / Visa to exit the country of departure and enter the country of arrival.
Aer Olympic reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger that is deemed not to meet the specified criteria above. If you are uncertain as to what documents are valid please contact us prior to travel or consult the embassy of the cou
ntry you are travelling to.
IN-FLIGHT MEALS
Please note From December 01, 2011 Torair will eliminate hot meal service and will be replacing them with Buy on Board snacks.
In our Buy on Board service we will also provide a wide selection of drinks , snacks and duty free for you to purchase from our friendly cabin crew.

HEALTH
Aer Olympic customer service includes catering for special dietary requirements and providing wheelchair assistance to / from the aircraft if required. Passengers should make all special requests at the time of booking the ticket.
INFO FOR INFANTS
An infant is classified as being more than 2 weeks old and less than 2 years old; we are un
able to accept carriage of infants under 2 weeks old. If an infant is 2 years old for the return trip then a return child/adult seat must be purchased.
Meals are not provided for infants however our cabin crew are very happy to warm baby milk if required.
Infants are allowed one piece of hand-baggage up to 5 Kg in weight. Parents are allowed to take either a car seat or push chair in addition.
UNACCOMPANIED MINORS
In the interests of security Aer Olympic does not carry unaccompanied minors on any flights. An unaccompanied minor is a passenger of 16 or under this age. This means that all children traveling on a Aer Olympic flight must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or above.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Stictly ONE (1) Piece of Checked Baggage up to 25 KG
ONE (1) Piece of Hand Baggage up to 5 KG with dimensions no bigger than 55cm x 35cm x 25cm in order that it can be stowed under the seat or in the overhead compartment.
INFANT ALLOWANCE – ONLY 5 KG Hand Baggage – 55cm x 35cm x 25cm
Passengers are advised not to pack any fragile items, for carriage in the hold, as they are not covered by our liability or their insurance policy. These items should if possible be carried in their hand luggage.
EXCESS BAGGAGE CHARGES
Passengers can increase their allowance prior to travel or pay on departure at the airport, if pre
-paid you receive a 50% saving.

LOST OR DAMAGED BAGGAGE
The majority of our baggage is carried without incident. On the rare occasion that baggage is damaged or mishandled passengers should report the incident at the airport of arrival before leaving the baggage hall.
CARRIAGE OF ANIMALS
Aer Olympic does NOT permit the carriage of animals on board its aircraft
